Service Description

Begin your Reiki journey with a private First Degree Reiki Training designed to support relaxation, self-care, personal healing, and spiritual growth. In this one-on-one training, you will receive personalized guidance as you learn the foundational principles of Reiki and begin developing your own connection with Reiki energy. First Degree Reiki focuses on self-care and building a strong foundation for personal practice. You will learn the history and foundations of Reiki, how Reiki works, the human energy system, the chakras, and how to offer Reiki to yourself and others. This level of training is especially supportive for anyone who feels called to deepen their healing journey, create a consistent self-care practice, or begin exploring Reiki as a way of life. During class, you will also receive your first guided self-Reiki session, allowing you to experience Reiki through your own hands and begin practicing with confidence. Reiki is a beautiful gift meant for everyone, and this private setting allows the training to unfold in a way that feels personal, grounded, and supportive. Before attending class: Please receive at least one 60-minute Reiki session from a practitioner of your choice. This helps you experience Reiki before learning to practice it yourself. Students are also asked to commit to practicing self-Reiki beginning in class, with a minimum of 30 minutes daily.
