The Combined Reiki First & Second Degree Training is a two-part, in-person journey designed for those who feel called to begin Reiki for personal healing, self-care, spiritual growth, or to eventually share Reiki with others.
In Reiki First Degree, you will build a strong foundation through self-Reiki, the Reiki Precepts, meditation, energy awareness, and hands-on practice. After First Degree, there is an intentional 30-day integration period before moving into Reiki Second Degree. This time allows you to practice self-Reiki, connect more deeply with the energy, and allow the teachings to settle into your daily life.
In Reiki Second Degree, you will deepen your Reiki practice through the Reiki symbols, distance Reiki, emotional and mental healing practices, and expanded energetic awareness.

Reiki First Degree focuses on self-care, personal healing, and building a strong foundation, while Reiki Second Degree helps you deepen your practice and begin working with Reiki in new ways.
I’ve intentionally included time between the two levels so you can practice, integrate, and get comfortable with Reiki before moving forward.
No rushing, no pressure — just a grounded and heart-centered way to learn.

First Degree Reiki focuses on self-care, personal healing, and building a strong foundation with Reiki. You will learn the history of Reiki, the Reiki Precepts, Japanese Reiki techniques, hand positions for self-Reiki, and how to begin connecting with Reiki in a grounded and meaningful way.
Second Degree Reiki expands your practice by introducing the Reiki symbols and mantras, distance Reiki, emotional and mental healing practices, and deeper intuitive development. This level is often chosen by those who feel ready to offer Reiki to others or deepen their personal Reiki path.
The integration period is an intentional time between Reiki First Degree and Reiki Second Degree to practice self-Reiki, build confidence, and allow the teachings to settle. Reiki is not only learned through information; it is experienced through practice. This time gives you space to connect with Reiki in your daily life before moving into the deeper practices of Second Degree. The integration period will be discussed further when we meet.
This two-part Reiki training is designed to give you a strong foundation, meaningful integration time, and continued support as you deepen your Reiki practice.
Your Training Investment Includes:
Reiki First Degree Training, followed by a 30-day integration period before moving into Reiki Second Degree Training. This time between degrees allows you to practice self-Reiki, connect with the energy, and allow the teachings to settle into your daily life. During your integration, I will be available to practice with you and/or answer any of your question that may arise during this time. We will discuss your integration during training.
You will receive a Reiki First Degree manual with a journal section to support your practice during the integration period. This gives you space to reflect, track your experiences, and stay connected to your Reiki practice between classes.
After the integration period, we will gather again for Reiki Second Degree Training, where you will deepen your practice through the Reiki symbols, distance Reiki, emotional support practices, and expanded energetic awareness.
An invitation to join (if you choose to) the Reiki Share Circle, where we gather together in community to offer Reiki, practice together, and support one another on the Reiki path.

Investment: $595
Requirement: If you have never received a Reiki Therapy session, or it has been a while since your last one, I ask that you schedule at least a 1-hour Reiki Therapy session with a practitioner of your choice before attending training. This allows you to experience Reiki firsthand before learning the practice.
