Service Description

Reiki First Degree — Accessible Small-Group Training Reiki First Degree is the beginning of your Reiki journey and is rooted in self-care, personal healing, and learning how to connect with Reiki in a grounded and meaningful way. To make Reiki training more accessible to those who feel called to learn, I have intentionally lowered the investment for this small-group First Degree training. My hope is to remove some of the financial barrier so more people can experience Reiki as a personal practice for self-care, balance, reflection, and inner connection. This training is ideal for beginners, those returning to Reiki, or anyone who wants to learn Reiki for themselves. You do not need to have plans to become a professional practitioner to begin. During Reiki First Degree training, you will explore the history of Reiki, the Reiki Precepts, foundational Japanese Reiki techniques, hand positions for self-Reiki, and ways to begin incorporating Reiki into your daily life. The focus of First Degree is on caring for yourself first, becoming comfortable working with Reiki, and establishing a strong personal foundation before moving into deeper practices. This registration is for students who wish to attend Reiki First Degree only and are not registering for Reiki Second Degree at this time. There is no pressure to continue. If Reiki becomes a practice you would like to deepen, you are always welcome to move into Reiki Second Degree when you feel ready. Space is intentionally limited to 5 students to preserve a personal, supportive learning environment. Please note: This training requires a minimum of three participants. If the minimum enrollment is not met, registrants may be contacted with options to reschedule or transfer their registration. Investment: $175 — intentionally priced to make First Degree Reiki more accessible.
