Group First Degree Reiki Training

Service Description

Reiki First Degree is the beginning of your Reiki journey and is rooted in self-care, personal healing, and learning how to connect with Reiki in a grounded and meaningful way. This training is ideal for beginners, those returning to Reiki, or anyone who feels called to deepen their relationship with energy healing. During Reiki First Degree training, you will learn the history of Reiki, the Reiki Precepts, foundational Japanese Reiki techniques, hand positions for self-Reiki, and how to begin working with Reiki as a daily practice for balance, relaxation, and inner connection. This level focuses on caring for yourself first, building confidence with the energy, and creating a strong foundation before moving into deeper Reiki practices. This option is for students who wish to attend Reiki First Degree only and are not registering for Reiki Second Degree at this time. You are welcome to continue into Reiki Second Degree in the future when you feel ready. Small Group so Space is limited to 6 participants. Note: This training requires a minimum of two participants. If the minimum is not met, registrants will be contacted with options to reschedule or transfer their registration.
