First & Second Degree Reiki Training

Service Description

Combined Group Reiki First & Second Degree Training is offered as a two-part learning experience with intentional time to integrate between each level. First Degree Reiki focuses on self-care, personal healing, and building a strong foundation with Reiki. During this class, you will learn the history of Reiki, the Reiki Precepts, foundational Japanese Reiki techniques, hand positions for self-Reiki, and how to begin connecting with Reiki in a grounded and meaningful way. After First Degree, there is an integration period before moving into Second Degree. This time allows you to practice self-Reiki, become more comfortable with the flow of Reiki, reflect on what you have learned, and begin weaving Reiki into your daily life. Rather than rushing into the next level, this space gives the teachings time to settle so you can move forward with more confidence, awareness, and connection. Second Degree Reiki expands your practice by introducing the Reiki symbols and mantras, distance Reiki, and techniques for offering Reiki to others. This level supports deeper intuitive development, emotional and mental healing practices, and a greater understanding of how Reiki can be shared in person or from a distance. This combined training is ideal for those who feel called to begin Reiki for personal healing and continue into practitioner-level training in a grounded, heart-centered way. You may register for both trainings together and receive the discounted tuition, while still honoring the important integration time between First and Second Degree.
