First Degree Reiki: Foundations & Self-Care

Service Description

First Degree Reiki: Foundations & Self-Care is a small-group training designed for those who feel drawn to Reiki as a personal self-care and wellness practice, without the intention of continuing into practitioner-level training. In this foundational course, you’ll be introduced to the history and principles of Reiki, grounding and meditation practices, energy awareness, and simple techniques for incorporating Reiki into your daily life. You’ll also learn how to practice Reiki for yourself with greater confidence, presence, and intention. This training is ideal for those who want to experience the benefits of Reiki for their own personal growth, relaxation, balance, and self-care in a supportive small-group setting. No prior Reiki experience is required. Space is intentionally limited to 5 students to preserve a personal, supportive learning environment. Investment: $175 — intentionally priced to make First Degree Reiki more accessible. Please note: This training requires a minimum of three participants. If the minimum enrollment is not met, the class may be rescheduled. If the class is rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date, which will be provided when the rescheduling notice is sent. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a full refund.
