When we release control and simply allow the energy to flow, the healing process becomes more natural, profound, and effective.
This connect of “letting go” is rooted in trust. Trust that the Reiki energy knows exactly where to go and how to work. Your role is not to force the energy but to channel it by opening yourself to the flow. Reiki flows through you, not from you. By clearing your mind and focusing on being a clear channel, you allow the energy to flow freely, without obstruction.
As with any new skill, practice makes perfect. The more you practice reiki, the easier it becomes to connect to the energy and to go of any resistance. Your intuition and your ability to feel and direct Reiki will grow with time, deepening your connection and understanding of the energy.
