Embark on your journey with the holistic Reiki workshops at Sacred Lotus Reiki & Natural Healing LLC. These workshops offer a deep dive into the world of Reiki, a traditional Japanese technique known for its ability to reduce stress, promote relaxation, and boost overall well-being.

Relaxing and Empowering Holistic Reiki Energy Workshops
We design the workshops to help you understand and harness the power of Reiki. You'll learn about the fundamental principles of Reiki, its history, and how it can be used to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

Our curriculum is comprehensive yet easy to follow. It includes theoretical knowledge, practical techniques, and hands-on practice. From understanding energy flow to mastering the art of Reiki symbols, you'll gain a thorough understanding of this healing method.
We are dedicated to providing you with the necessary tools you will need to build a firm Reiki foundation rooted in history, traditions, principles, and techniques. There are 3 levels of Reiki; Shoden Reiki I, Okuden Reiki II, & Shinpiden Reiki III. Each level offers attunements and symbols. After completing each level, there is a waiting period before advancing to the next level. The reason for the waiting period is to allow you to develop your own sensitivity (intuition) to Reiki. This process of cleansing helps to renew your energy body, clear toxins, balance your chakra's, and cleanse your aura. You may start to notice changes such as breaking habits or feeling more relaxed. The minimum amount of time to wait before advancing to the next level is 21 days. After this minimum period, there are no other requirements to move on to the next level of training.
Following the class, we will offer additional online support by providing, once per week meetups via zoom, for 3 weeks (21 days). During these meetups, we will practice self-Reiki, learn useful techniques, and question/discussion. These 3 weekly meetups are included in the workshop but are not required to receive your completion certification. This applies to all levels of Reiki.

Once the class and meetups are completed, the next level of Reiki will be available to you. If you choose to wait longer than the 21 days, no problem, we will keep you up to date on future workshops as they become available so you can register when you are ready.
